Overview
Access is personal and tied to one TradingView account. It is activated by hand after your order is verified, and it is not refundable once it is on. TigerAlgo is a charting tool, not advice, and it does not guarantee any result.

Accurate information
You must give correct contact details and your exact TradingView username. The username is what access is granted to, so an incorrect one delays activation and, until it is corrected, makes activation impossible.

Access and licence
Access to TigerAlgo is personal, non-transferable and limited to the access period stated in the package you bought. Sharing, reselling, copying, distributing or publishing access or the indicator itself is not permitted.

Activation
Access is activated after your order and payment have been verified. Activation is normally completed within 24 hours. Some cases need further checks and take longer, and your account shows its current state throughout.

Refunds
TigerAlgo is a digital product. Once access has been activated, payment is not refundable, except where refusing a refund would be contrary to applicable law. A request made before activation is reviewed individually.

Trading risk
TigerAlgo is an educational charting tool. It is not financial, investment or trading advice, and nothing it displays is a recommendation. It does not guarantee profit, any particular result, or protection against loss. Trading carries the risk of losing money, and every decision taken using it remains yours.

TradingView
A valid TradingView account is required to use TigerAlgo. TradingView is a separate service that we do not control. We are not responsible for its availability, its pricing, restrictions it places on an account, or changes it makes to its platform.

Your information
What you submit is used to verify your order, activate your access, prevent fraud and support you. It is not used for anything unrelated without your consent, and it is not sold.

Misuse
Access may be suspended or ended if it is shared, resold, abused, or obtained with false order information. Where access is ended for one of these reasons, no refund is due.

Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The date below is the version in force. Continuing to use TigerAlgo after a change means the updated terms apply to you.
