Tiger Algo Terms and Conditions

By purchasing, activating, accessing, or using Tiger Algo, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. 01

   Accurate Information

   You must provide accurate and complete information when purchasing and activating Tiger Algo, including your correct TradingView username and contact information.

   Access is granted to the TradingView username submitted during activation. Incorrect information may delay or prevent activation. You are responsible for checking that the information you provide is correct.

2. 02

   Access and Licence

   Your subscription provides you with a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Tiger Algo for the duration of your active subscription.

   Your access may not be shared, transferred, rented, sublicensed, resold or provided to another person. Copying, reproducing, distributing, reverse engineering, republishing or attempting to recreate Tiger Algo or any proprietary component of the service is prohibited.

   Activation

   Tiger Algo is provided through TradingView's invite-only script system. After successful payment and submission of the required activation information, access will normally be activated within 60 minutes.

   Activation times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by verification requirements, technical issues, TradingView availability or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. 04

   Subscription & Billing

   Tiger Algo is offered through monthly and yearly subscription plans. The price, billing period and applicable features will be displayed before purchase.

   Where automatic renewal applies, your subscription will renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

   Prices may be changed for future purchases or renewal periods. Any applicable taxes, payment-processing requirements or currency conversion charges may also apply.

5. 05

   Cancellation

   You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription at any time through the available subscription-management method.

   Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not normally terminate access immediately. Unless otherwise stated, you may continue using Tiger Algo until the end of your already-paid subscription period.

   Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a right to a refund for amounts already paid.

6. 06

   Refunds

   Because Tiger Algo is a digital subscription service and access is granted to the TradingView account supplied by the customer, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been activated.

   Failure to use the service after activation, changing your mind, trading losses, or dissatisfaction with market results does not by itself entitle you to a refund.

   Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

7. 07

   Personal Use & Account Sharing

   Tiger Algo access is intended solely for the subscriber who purchased the subscription.

   Sharing access, reselling access, distributing protected content, attempting to bypass access controls, or otherwise allowing unauthorized parties to use Tiger Algo may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. 08

   Intellectual Property

   Tiger Algo, including its scripts, algorithms, logic, visual elements, branding, documentation, educational materials and other proprietary content, remains the intellectual property of Tiger Algo and/or its applicable licensors.

   Purchasing a subscription gives you permission to use the service during your subscription period. It does not transfer ownership of the software, underlying logic, source code or intellectual property to you.

   Trading & Financial Disclaimer

   Tiger Algo is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute personalised investment, financial or trading advice.

   Any market direction, BUY/SELL labels, trends, key levels, analytical layers or other information displayed by Tiger Algo should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future market movement or profitability.

   Trading financial instruments involves risk and may result in loss of capital. You remain solely responsible for your own trading decisions and risk management.

    Performance & Backtesting

    Past performance does not guarantee future results.

    Any backtests, simulations, historical examples, chart replays, hypothetical results, statistics or other performance illustrations are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect actual live-trading results.

    Actual results can differ because of market conditions, liquidity, spreads, slippage, execution, fees and other factors.

    TradingView & Third-Party Services

    Tiger Algo is designed to operate through TradingView but is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TradingView, Inc.

    Your ability to use Tiger Algo may depend on TradingView, internet connectivity, market-data providers, payment processors and other third-party services.

    Changes, outages, restrictions or technical problems affecting third-party services may temporarily affect Tiger Algo's availability or functionality.

    Updates & Modifications

    Tiger Algo may periodically be updated, modified, improved or adjusted to reflect changes in market conditions, technology, functionality or the service itself.

    Features, visual elements, analytical logic or functionality may therefore change over time. A subscription does not guarantee that every feature will remain permanently unchanged.

    Service Availability

    We aim to maintain reliable access to Tiger Algo, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

    Maintenance, software updates, TradingView issues, market-data problems, internet disruptions, technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect the service.

    Suspension or Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably determine that a user has violated these Terms, including through unauthorized sharing, redistribution, resale, copying, abuse, fraud or attempts to interfere with the service.

    Where appropriate, we may investigate suspected violations before taking action.

15. 15

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiger Algo and its operators will not be responsible for trading losses, lost profits, investment losses, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses arising from trading decisions made using information displayed by the service.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

    Changes to These Terms

    These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes to Tiger Algo, our business practices, payment arrangements or applicable requirements.

    The latest version published on our website will state its effective date. Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated appropriately.
