Privacy policy

TigerAlgo publishes and sells access to the TigerAlgo indicator for TradingView, at tigeralgo.com. In this policy “we” means TigerAlgo, and “you” means anyone who visits the site or holds an account.

For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your data, write to tigertechofficial.info@gmail.com.

When you create an account: a username, your email address, a phone number with the country you pick, and a password. The password is stored by our authentication provider as a hash — we never see it and cannot recover it.

After you buy a plan, on the activation form: your full name, a WhatsApp number, your exact TradingView username, and optionally a Telegram ID, how long you have traded and which broker you use. The TradingView username is the one field the product cannot work without: it is who we share the invite-only script with.

When you pay: Stripe takes the payment. We receive the plan, the amount, whether it succeeded, when the period ends, and Stripe's own customer and subscription identifiers. We never receive or store your card number.

When you use the site: the pages you open, and — on the chart replays — whether you pressed the heart. The replay like and view counters are not tied to your account; the hearts you have pressed are remembered in your own browser only.

Your account details and your TradingView username: to give you the thing you paid for. Without them there is no way to grant access or to reach you about it.

Payment records: to take payment, and because a business is required to keep records of what it sold.

Analytics and advertising: because we have a legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works and whether our ads reach people who want the product — and, where the law in your country requires your consent for those cookies instead, on that consent.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. These are the services that process it on our behalf, and the only ones:

Supabase — your account and the details above, held in a database in Tokyo (ap-northeast-1). Vercel — hosting; the code that reads your data runs in Tokyo (hnd1). Stripe — payment, and your card details, which stay with them. Resend — the emails we send you (confirm your address, reset your password) and an alert to us when someone registers or pays, which carries your username, email, phone and the amount. Cloudflare — DNS for tigeralgo.com. Google Analytics — how the site is used. Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — our advertising, described below. YouTube — the chart replays, which load nothing from YouTube until you press play, and use its no-cookie player.

TradingView is not in that list, and the difference matters: we do not send TradingView your data. You give us a username; a person here grants that username access to the script by hand. What TradingView knows about you is between you and them.

We will also hand over data where the law requires it of us.

Google Analytics tells us how many people visit and which parts of the site they read. The Meta Pixel tells Meta that a visit came from one of our ads, and reports four things back to it: that a page was opened, that a plan button was pressed, that an account was created, and that a purchase was completed, with the amount. These are how we judge whether an ad was worth running.

Neither is given your name, your email, your phone number or your TradingView username. Both set cookies and identifiers in your browser, and both mean Google and Meta can recognise a browser across sites — that is what these tools are, and it is the honest description of them.

You can stop both: browser settings or an ad blocker will block them, “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control are respected by the browser-level controls those companies publish, and Meta's own Ad Preferences and Google's Ads Settings let you limit what each does with what it has. Blocking either leaves the site fully working — nothing you have paid for depends on them.

A sign-in session, once you have signed in — without it the site cannot keep you signed in. Which chart replays you have liked. Whether you have already seen the “payment received” notice. And a note of which completed checkouts have already been reported to Meta, so one purchase is never counted twice.

Nothing in that list is readable by anyone but your own browser, and clearing your site data removes all of it.

Your account and its details: for as long as you have an account, and afterwards only where a record is needed — payment records, for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Ask us to delete your account and we will, along with the details on it. We will tell you what has to stay and why.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Most of it you can correct yourself at any time under Profile in the members area.

Depending on where you live — the UK and EU under the GDPR, Malaysia under the PDPA, India under the DPDP Act, and others — you may also have the right to object to some processing, to ask for your data in a portable form, or to complain to your national data-protection authority. We answer every request the same way regardless of where you are.

Your account and its details are stored in Tokyo. Our payment, email, analytics and advertising providers process data in their own regions, including the United States. Where that means data leaving the country you are in, it travels under the transfer terms those providers publish.

This is a paid product for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.

When the site changes what it collects or who processes it, this page changes in the same breath, and the date at the top moves. The version published here is the one in force.
